All non-DVD products sold via this website include a 12 Month Limited Liability Manufacturing Warranty, which is effective from the date of payment. Warranty only covers damage caused by faulty workmanship or in the case of the DVD’s, faulty recording process. In the event of a faulty DVD, the claim must be made within 60 days of payment in order to have the product replaced or refunded.
Damage caused by misuse, weather exposure, water or other elements are not grounds for a replacement or a refund.
The decision to replace or refund
will be at the sole discretion of Hervey Bay Downunder.
Postage costs will not be refunded in the event a decision is made to
refund.
If the customer wishes to
organise delivery/freight insurance, this can be organised by contacting me
